Former Management Member of Accra Hearts of Oak Farouk Al-Wahab has described the current leadership of the club as bankrupt in ideas and policies.
Al-Wahab noted that the current Management Members of the club lack ideas to transform the dwindling fortunes of Hearts.
Hearts over the years have failed to achieve greater heights as many would wanted with the club failing to win the Premier League title in seven years.
In an interview, Al-Wahab said "Management of Hearts of Oak are bankrupt in ideas and policies".
