Head coach of Wa All Stars, Enos Kwame Adipah has blamed their 2-1 defeat to Hearts of Oak in week four of the Ghana Premier League to the loss of some his key players in the game.

Hearts scored first through Ivorian import Alexander Kousassi and went on squander a lot of scoring chances.

Wa All Stars levelled through Richard Arthur but the Phobians snatched the match winner through Thomas Abbey.

Speaking to reporters after the match, Adipah was asked if he missed the services of some his key players, and more especially their inspirational captain, Hafiz Adams in the game , " Of course it affected us because such matches calls for experience players and I cannot deny that we missed their absence. "

"However, we suffered from the soggy pitch as well because I think with the first they scored, had it not been the slippery nature of the pitch, my defender could have cleared the ball. We'll go back to the drawing and prepare for our next game. "
