Red Bull Salzburg have loaned out Ghanaian youth international, David Atanga to fellow Austrian top-flight side Mattersburg FC on a six-month loan deal.
The 20-year-old ended his loan spell at German second-tier side Heindenham after failing to get regular playing time.
The struggling side have an option of making his loan deal permanent if he meets the expectation of the club’s board.
Mattersburg occupy the foot of the Austrian Bundesliga league table.
