Ghana defender Baba Rahman says his inability to command a starting role in the Shalke 04 set up has nothing to do with his form.
According to the Chelsea on loan player he has not dip in form but the coach's rotation policy because of their Europa League campaign is the bane to the current situation.
''I work really hard and as you can see, the coach is doing a rotation between the Europa and Bundesliga as well. I wish I could play every week but he's doing a rotation for the players to have enough rest and get more power because of the situation we find ourseleves,'' Rahman told the Graphic Sports in an exclusive interview.
Rahman has made ten appearances in the Bundesliga but played in all matches in Europe.
Last Sunday, he was an unused substitute in the 3-1 win over SV Darmstadt at the Veltins Arena and explained why he was not involved in the action.
