Ghana and Schalke defender Baba Raman has wished his teammate Breel Embolo speedy recovery after the teenager suffered a terrible injury while playing for Schalke.
Schalke’s highly-rated teenage striker Breel Embolo has been ruled out of action for four to six months after undergoing surgery on a broken anklesustained in the 1-1 draw withAugsburg on Saturday.
The news will come as a huge blow to Schalke, who paid€20m plus add-ons for the 19-year-old earlier this year.
The injury came as a result of an awful challenge from Augsburg defender Konstantinos Stafylidis.
Embolo has impressed following a summer switch from Swiss club FC Basel, scoring three goals in all competitions before being injured.
